For the past three years, we’ve partnered with an operator-investor to support several mission-driven healthcare companies in their portfolio—helping them create alignment, develop leaders, and build people-centric cultures as they grow, scale, and expand their impact.
The Challenge
How do we strike a balance between keeping our mission at the center, while creating financially viable and sustainable organizations? How do we develop a people-centric culture throughout rapid growth and scaling? And, how do we scale our leadership capacity as we continue to scale the organization? These are some key questions that we continue to tackle together.
Our Approach
Since 2023, we’ve been grateful to partner with senior-level leaders from these mission-based organizations to create alignment within the executive teams; develop mission, vision, values, and operating agreements; develop leaders at multiple levels of the organization; and support individual leaders through 1:1 leadership and executive coaching.
Key Program Elements
A structured, annual program for leaders, managers, and high-potential employees.
Personalized coaching for senior leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness.
Strategic advisory and executive coaching for C-suite leaders to drive organizational impact, including executive offsites and partnering on the development of mission, vision, and values —along with operating agreements to use for day-to-day decision making, and to drive a culture of performance.
