Leadership Development and Continuous Learning for Leaders Across Campuses

Since 2017, we have been grateful to partner with multiple campuses across a geographic region, to equip and empower leaders across their institutions. What began as a single course as part of a leadership development series evolved into a comprehensive, annual, signature leadership development program on campus, based on feedback from participants and their leaders.

The Opportunity

With rapid growth comes the need for effective and aligned leaders across all levels, roles, and geographies. Committed to developing high-potential employees and equipping leaders, managers, and supervisors with concrete skills to lead more effectively, the company wanted to create a program that would empower their leaders to be effective and confident in their respective roles.

Our Approach

Since 2022, we’ve partnered closely with the organization to grow, develop, and equip their managers and leaders. What began as a cohort-based leadership development program has expanded into executive bootcamps and strategic offsites, with a goal of supporting the executive team to most effectively support their teams and leaders.

A structured, annual program for leaders, managers, supervisors, and high-potential employees.

Executive Bootcamps

Highly focused leadership intensives, which contain a mix of leadership development, alignment, and key conversations.

Strategic advisory and executive coaching for leaders, to drive organizational impact.

The Impact

Over the past three years, this partnership has equipped leaders across the organization —spanning roles and geographies —to lead more effectively, clearly, and confidently.


Leaders from the office, the warehouse, the plant, and the manufacturing floor have completed the program, bringing stronger leadership skills into every level of the organization and strengthening relationships across the organization.


Stronger relationships- many participants met in person for the first time during this program.


Greater understanding - participants shared that this was the first time they fully understood the cross-functional impact of their work, and their specific area.


Significant impact on retention – program participants stay with the company at a notably higher rate than the company average.


Program graduates leading some of the company’s most high-impact projects, departments, facilities, and areas of operation.


100% “Would Recommend” Rating – Every participant surveyed has endorsed the program as valuable and transformative.
