The truth I've been sitting with is: hard conversations are, indeed, hard.
A conversation involves more than one person, along with a million other factors: what is happening in each person's life, the environment, timing, mood, mental and emotional capacity, and everything else each person brings into the room.
DANCING WITH A NARCISSIST
Have you ever experienced a situation in which you were the target of a massive blow-up, verbal abuse, a level of anger that seemed wildly disproportionate to the situation at hand, or an unpredictable, unexpected, or even shocking outburst from a colleague, friend, family member, or acquaintance?
