Some hard decisions and conversations will be inevitable.

And as leaders, we have a choice about how we deliver it and the ripples we create as a result. 

“Times of liminality are disconcertingly chaotic; therefore, a leader's job is to provide some firm footing for people, with assurances of what will not keep changing.” 

Is it us? Is it them? Maybe it's both. ‌ ‌

In a way, we are all navigating a transition as we inch closer to emerging from lockdowns and quarantines and injustices and tremendous amounts of pain and suffering. The question we might consider is: how do we want to acknowledge this transition?

It’s a confusing time. In some ways, the world feels more confusing now than it did a few weeks ago.
