As I pondered this word - consistent - I realized that some of the people I respect most are incredibly consistent.

I love the idea of time blocking - blocking every hour of the work day to have a specific purpose, in order to get more done while also making it easier to determine if you’re on or off track.

No matter which leadership philosophies we follow, focusing only on numbers without any focus on people is a thing of the (almost distant) past.
