PGMS® LEAD: CREATING CLEAR CONTAINERS

As part of the Society’s 2020 strategic plan, PGMS® identified the importance of leadership training and development. For the past two years, the leadership development taskforce embarked on a mission to develop a leadership education program designed for grounds professionals. After analyzing the wide array of leadership education available, PGMS® announces the launch of LEAD, a leadership education program designed to challenge, develop and cultivate leaders in a collaborative, discussion based environment.

LEAD will bring 20-25 ground professionals on a 13 month journey, delving into leadership topics that are fundamental to developing strong, empathetic leaders, who in turn, cultivate a positive, engaging and enviable company culture.

Sarah will be leading a virtual session on Be Clear: Lead in Relationship to Reality, with a focus on designing conversations and relationships for success and reducing conflict, on April 13th.
